I was not knowing that Twitter can do this much!!

Twitter is a great resource for catching up with good blogposts you might've missed. It is a like a newsfeed, and dependant on your group of friends it can be news tailored to your onw particular wants. It's also a less intrusive device than IM.

I want to like Twitter and really get into, especially because all the "cool kids" are doing it. I like how it can bring you really close to internet celebrities. But I just can't help but see it as the total waste of time that it is. I mean it is fine if it is just recreation, but it is more than that and it is getting in the way of real productivity for very little pay off.
